We have one here that has roast beef, "come back" gravy and cheddar cheese; seriously the greatest hangover food of all time!!

I don't think you are eating too much protein at all. I disagree with your friend. I would however try breaking your meals up and eating every 3 hours. Maybe that will help. And remember if you are lifting you are building muscle and retaining more fluid. Maybe take your measurements and see how they compare.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-566657128671764115.post-77305624466776247952010-05-13T19:12:12.304-07:002010-05-13T19:12:12.304-07:00omg that baked tater looks so flipping good!! i w...omg that baked tater looks so flipping good!! i want it!!CChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01947137883748295392noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-566657128671764115.post-34025250451431673622010-05-13T13:54:42.974-07:002010-05-13T13:54:42.974-07:00I'm having a baked potato for dinner tonight! ...I'm having a baked potato for dinner tonight! Yummy.

I'm sorry that you are having trouble. I don't think you need to drop your caloric intake down to 700/day to continue losing weight. I find that a moderate diet is the key for me and I shoot for no more than 1,300 calories a day. I know it is frustrating, but all of the most succefful lap-bandsters are the people who lost their weight pretty slowly. Keep at it!Amanda Kiskahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08035180757671095192noreply@blogger.com
