How many days a week do you hit the gym?<br />5-6<br />2. How long do you work out each day?<br />I do 3 1 hour days, 1-2 2 hour days and 1 2.5 hour day <br />3. Do you have a workout routine?<br />I do a lot of spin and dance classes, all my lifting is done with my trainer. I do do push-ups and abs 7 days a week.<br />4. Do you mix cardio and weights together or seperate? (i.e. cardio one day, weights the next)<br />I have two weight days a week, and I also do cardio workouts on those days.<br />5. What's your favorite pre/post workout snacks?<br />I can't stomach a ton pre, a coffee with milk is the best I do, protein woudl be ideal but I'm still working on that. I get good and sweaty but I could do it more often.<br /><br />I drink my daily protein shake afterwards as protein helps heal your muscles. (Whatever that means.)<br /><br />I don't know what your cravings are for but I try to keep good options nearby. Lately I've been eating white cheddar rice cakes for my salty crunchy cravings (which are my strongest). Do you have a workout routine? kinda sorta, i shake things up every day<br />4. Do you mix cardio and weights together or seperate? (i.e. cardio one day, weights the next) cardio everytime, weights most days, usually 1 day a week i'll just do cardio<br />5. What's your favorite pre/post workout snacks?<br />i go mid morning so before i go i'll have a cheese stick usually and after is when i'll have breakfast, eggs or cottage cheese or yogurt<br /><br />have fun! if the gym offers a free training session definitely take advantage of it! i use that routine as a base routine :-)CChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01947137883748295392noreply@blogger.com
