What did you eat yesterday???

Hi buddies,

How's it going? Pretty good here. So I have a task for you all! Let's do a daily menu post everyone! Just write everything you consumed yesterday the good and the bad. Just let it all out! I'm just trying to get inspired by some new meal/snack ideas! Also if you exercised yesterday tell what you did and how long!

I will start:

Breakfast: Click protein shake
Snack: 1cup of plain greek yogurt sweetened with splenda and 1 tbsp of walnuts
Lunch: Click protein shake
Snack: 8oz spicy V8 juice, 1 part skim string cheese, and 10 green olives
Dinner: 1 pouch white tuna, 1 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp mustard, 5 ritz crackers and 1 can asparagus spears
Snack: couple of bites of crawfish cornbread

Water: 112oz
Exercise: 20 minutes of HIIT cardio (approx 250 calories burned)

    Lunch: Leftover salmon with dill sauce and some leftover spaghetti squash pasta I made a few days ago
    Snack: Fiber One Bar
    Dinner: Beefy Crunchy Burrito from Taco Bell -- dinner on the run, very busy day yesterday.

  2. My day was split up a little funny yesterday because I had school and basically had two small "dinners" due to a 14 hour work/school day, but here you go.

    Breakfast:
    Coffee
    1% Milk
    Pepperidge Farm Very Thin Whole Wheat Bread
    Boar's Head Lemon Pepper Chicken
    Kraft Light Mayo With Olive Oil
    Strawberries
    Sugar
    337 Calories

    Morning Snack:
    Boar's Head Golden Classic Chicken Breast *lower sodium
    60 calories

    Lunch:
    Pei Wei Thai Dynamite Stock Velvet Shrimp
    Pei Wei Brown Rice
    420 calories

    Afternoon Snack:
    Stash Chai Spice Black Tea
    1% Milk
    55 Calories

    Dinner:
    Lean Cuisine Cheese Ravioli
    240 Calories

    Evening Snack:
    Cooked Ground Sirloin
    Heinz Ketchup
    Yellow Mustard
    Weight Watchers Chocolate Cake
    270 Calories

    Daily Intake Totals:
    Cals 1383, Fat 30 g, Carbs 125 g, Protein 78 g

  3. Breakfast: Coffe + flavored creamer
    Oatmeal

    Lunch: 3 slices of turkey
    3 Laughing Cow Cheese spread wedges

    Snack: 1 Cup snap peas
    2 Tbsp Ranch dressing

    Dinner: 6 inch meatball sub from Subway minus half the bread
    half a bag of chips

  4. Breakfast - protein shake and coffee

    Lunch - protein bar and green salad with tomato, beetroot.

    Dinner - Grilled chicken, more salad and grilled eggplant

    Im on the pre-op diet until my surgery next Friday - so not overly interesting.

    a few drinks (pre-op allowed) also in there as well
